Think Kids Price Match Guarantee
While online, find a qualifying product that you want us to price match. The product must be an immediately available, new product and identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with an identical model number and color). Orders are available for price matching by email or contact Think Kids by phone. (716-671-2934)
What Qualifies?
Products must be identical to the competitor’s product.
Must be immediately available at a qualifying online retailer (excludes clearance, refurbished, or used items).
Products from websites on our exclusion list, do not qualify.

We match our online prices to online prices of most competitors, except those on our exclusion list.
Customers must request a price match within 30 days of the original order date.

Must be able to provide proof of price.

Clearance, refurbished, liquidation and used products are excluded.
Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
Transactions from Think Kids on any marketplace website.
Products marked at wholesale prices.

What is considered an online retailer?
This includes a website that sells their products directly to customers. Examples include Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. (excludes prices from marketplace sellers)
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities?
If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
Can we price match products from Amazon?
Yes. Products that are sold and shipped from Amazon are eligible for price match. However, we do not accept products that are sold on Amazon by 3rd party sellers. Other examples of websites with 3rd party sellers are Walmart, Target, eBay, etc.
How do I show "proof" of price?
No. Currently, Think Kids does not match in-store prices of retail competitors.
How does your price match policy apply to pre-orders?
Customers must request a price match within 30-days of the original order date to be eligible for a price match.
How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to sales tax?
We match the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.
