All orders require payment in full to be fulfilled.
When Will I Be Charged?
Once an order is placed, your choice of payment method will immediately be charged.
Online Orders
Think Kids, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Cancellations
You can cancel any order up until the time your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will be required to request a refund for unwanted items/orders. Cancellations requested before shipment, will receive a full refund.
Refunds
Think Kids, LLC accepts all returns within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your refund within 4 weeks, most times sooner.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be charged the full amount upon submitting your order. You have 30 days or until the order has shipped to cancel all pre-orders with a 10% restocking fee.
